my midlife awakening

At 45, I transformed my life completely. Burnt out from my career and battling an early menopause, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Through therapy, mindfulness, and holistic practices, I emerged stronger and happier.

Burnout led me to a breakdown compounded by menopause, anxiety, and PTSD.  The tools I now share transformed my life.

I’ve dedicated years to studying, training, and overcoming these challenges. I left my career, travelled to India, studied yoga, reiki, coaching, NLP, and mindfulness. Now I live more simply and slowly on an island in Spain.

My old life was outwardly successful but inwardly exhausting. I was a perfectionist, people-pleaser, and procrastinator. I’ve learned to shed these limiting beliefs and embrace a more authentic, fulfilling life.
