Hi, I’m Jules


HAPPINESS & Wellness Coach

I’m a Happiness & Wellness Coach and I help midlife women live better lives.

In my early forties my stress became burnout. I was going through an early menopause but I didn’t even know. That combination led me to a breakdown.

I left my 20 year career without an exit plan. Or a life plan. All I knew was that I wanted life to feel more purposeful and meaningful. And a lot happier and healthier.

It took me a long time to find my way. I needed mental, physical and emotional healing. I found my true purpose in coaching. But when I discovered the mind-body connection, that changed my life (and health).

Ever since, I’ve been even more inspired to help midlife women learn to thrive in midlife and design their next life chapter full of meaning and happiness.

Working With Me

Your personal journey is unique to you and every session will be designed to give you my customised, intuitive support and undivided attention in a safe, judgement free space.

I’ve developed a holistic approach to coaching to help you find balance across Mind, Body and Soul, to transform your Life.

1:1 Coaching Package & Investment

We’re going to have 45-minute one-on-one Zoom sessions, three times every month for 3 months. 

The investment to work with me 1:1 is $997 a month or $2,500 full pay.

My Approach

Happiness Through The Messy Middle is a 1:1 coaching program designed to help midlife women find greater happiness and fulfilment through emotional wellness.

Over the course of 90 days, we’ll work together to develop your skills in managing your emotions, building resilience, and creating positive relationships.
Using a combination of mindfulness based practices, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), positive psychology, spiritual practices and energy healing, we’ll help you develop a stronger sense of self-awareness and connect with your passion, purpose, and life vision.
You’ll learn how to overcome limiting beliefs and conditioning, and cultivate a growth mindset that supports transformational habits and behaviours.
By healing your body and soul from the inside out, you’ll be able to design your next life chapter with health, happiness, and meaning. Throughout the program, we’ll focus on mindset, energy, and conscious living to help you create a life that aligns with your true self and values.
