Hi, I’m Jules

Life & Wellness Coach for Midlife Women

I’m a Life & Wellness Coach, Mindfulness Coach (MBCBT) and Menopause Mentor, and I help midlife women live better lives.

In my early forties my stress became burnout. At the same time, I was going through an early menopause but I didn’t even know. That combination led me to a breakdown.

I left my 20 year career without an exit plan. Or a life plan. All I knew was that I wanted life to feel more purposeful and meaningful. And a lot happier and healthier.

It took me a long time to find my way. I needed mental, physical and emotional healing. I found my true purpose in coaching. But it was only when I discovered the mindfulness and the mind-body connection, that I was able to changed my life (and health).

Ever since, I’ve been even more inspired to help midlife women learn to thrive in midlife and design their next life chapter full of meaning and happiness.

A BETTER MIDLIFE: Transform the Messy Middle is a coaching program designed to help midlife women find greater happiness, peace and fulfilment through emotional wellness.


Over the course of 90 days, we’ll work together to develop your skills in managing your emotions, building resilience, and creating positive relationships.
Using a combination of mindfulness based practices, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), positive psychology, spiritual practices and energy healing, we’ll help you develop a stronger sense of self-awareness and connect with your passion, purpose, and life vision.
You’ll learn how to overcome limiting beliefs and conditioning, and cultivate a growth mindset that supports transformational habits and behaviours.
